I love the floor plan but I still don’t understand why the builder keeps putting in those wire hangers…… a few touches here and there and this would be a great home although I noticed there’s very little counter space for the microwave because if the microwave is over the stove I have a medical condition that wouldn’t work well in that location. Minus the carpet it would be perfect. I would definitely have an outlet added to the pantry for a second refrigerator or freezer.

Love the office and the kitchen with the wooden hood vent. This one is a keeper, nice size bedrooms and big closers in the guest bedrooms. Love the floor color and the dining area. The Master bathroom is great too. The only thing I am a little disappointed with is the Master Closet if a bit too small.

Great Home! It lacked an entry closet or a linen closet. They could have used a couple of feet of that office and accomplished both. But maybe next year!

Disappointing. this home has some great features yet so many odd angles.. i agree with you about the pantry for the size it could be bigger.. i'm of the opinion it could have been downsized to a three bedroom and have better organized areas. the main living space seems so small for a triple wide.. don't get me wrong it's still much nicer than where i live now 😅 it's like they tried to cram too much into this and made it look odd.. thanks Nate i do enjoy your channel..👍

This kitchen confuses me. That coffee station is too separated from everything else. That space would be better utilized as a pantry. Why are the cupboards two different depths? Putting the sink in the island just ruins the utilization of it.Having the front and back deck doors in that narrow stretch would make it awfully difficult to move furniture into. Sorry, don't like this design.

I think it's nice but I feel that the primary bedroom should have more room than the secondary bedroom. Unless maybe the owner of this home was renting to a roommate or something like that? Thnx Nate!

The only thing I would change is the kitchen, you have to walk a mile to the refrige, but there is room to change that and put a sort of pantry. Good one Nate.

The pricing for this home is very reasonable. I like the set up, but if the would eliminate that desk, they could make better use of the space. All in all I like it.

Love the back porch kitchen and livingroom. I feel they could have used the space in the guest suite area a little better, that bedroom area is ridiculously small. I would have put the coffee bar against the bathroom wall in the back to share plumbing and left the front open for bed and sitting area. And the master closet sucks. Such a fantastic idea. Maybe better suited for a 16 x 80? Also could have used larger windows and a vault on the ceiling so it felt more light and roomy. By next year they will have it going on.

Incredible! Love it. I would prefer not to have a garden tub in the master bath - tile shower, however. And the secondary bath down the hall would be nice to have the full tub/shower. I love the layout - lots of light and space! Perfect for older folks who don't want to be cleaning a large home - or a young family starting off. Kitchen space for a dining table is always a plus! Cozy, cute, modern and beautiful! What's not to love?!

Very nice but unfortunately in West Virginia I don't think it's available. Because of our roads 76 footers aren't legal to transport. Cool house though.
